Keep Moving Occupational Therapy

Our home visiting occupational therapy service, Keep Moving Occupational Therapy is a fully independent service providing assessment and practical recommendations to improve the quality of life of our clients.

LIST OF SERVICES

- Self-Care Assessments – Assessment of dressing, grooming, sleeping, cooking, cleaning
- Environmental Assessments - Recommendations for minor home adjustments, or assistance equipment to make daily tasks easier for the client
- Complex Home Adjustments – Recommendations to improve home safety such as shower hob removal, ramps, stair lifts, kitchen remodelling etc.
- Falls Prevention – a key integrated program delivered in conjunction with Physiotherapists
- Seating and Positioning - Assessment & prescription of optimal comfortable, seating solutions
- Cognitive Assessment and Intervention Program Prescription
- Ongoing Rehabilitation Programs – Exercise program development to improve functional independence of clients
- Equipment Supply – we can provide all equipment and services recommended following our assessments (or we can advise you where to get it)
