Group Exercise Classes - Frenchs Forest
Designed by our physiotherapist team our weekly gentle exercise circuit style exercise program for over 50's runs twice a week at our Frenchs Forest Gym. The focus of these sessions is on exercises which strengthen muscles, improve balance and fitness to reduce falls. Classes utilise various equipment including weights and exercise bikes. Regular visiting sessions from experts, with a morning tea afterwards!
